This is very old

..... so you have probably seen it before. But it is so great that I thought I would post it anyway, just in case anyone is unfamiliar with it. If your computer has speakers, turn them on; but if not, you do still get to play, because it's primarily a visual joy.

How fantastic is that? OK Go, I salute you.

(And just as an aside: I'm not usually a big fan of going to the gym, myself... but I'd be there like a shot if they decided to offer 'Synchronised Treadmill-Skating' classes - it looks like so much fun! So if Duncan Bannatyne or any of his ilk are reading this, you can have that idea for free. Although recompense in the form of discounted entry to my nearest 'STS' session would be much appreciated.)

That is brilliant isn't it? I have seen it before, but I just sat here watching it with my smalls and they hadn't seen it before. We thought it was fab. Thank you. x

Aha. Thinking about the gym, huh? .... nothing to do with that pie yesterday, was it??

They're certainly gert lush, (the pies, not the men on treadmills) but blimey charlie, aren't they filling?!

.... ok, so possibly that could apply to the pies AND the men on the treadmills. Who knows?

:)

Yup! That was very very funny! Never seen it before, not sure I understand who they are and what they are doing but sniggered loudly much to Mr Locket's surprise!

OOF! i adorrrrrrrre this! haven't seen it in a bit, either, so it's a welcome re-visit!

(btw--i cannot describe to you how much EVEN BETTER it is to see this if you happen to be AT THE GYM and it comes on the music video channel! words cannot describe the hilarity and surreal fabulousness!) (b/c yeah, that really DID happen to me, last summer!) :)
