HARLEM GLOBE MONKEHS!!!!!!!!!!! ok, sorry, but that is really, really cracking me up!
however, my main point was going to be directed to MM: yes, indeedy, monkehs *LOVE* flying...what they don't particularly love is landing...at least not on concrete from a great height; tho of course we assume that proper safety precautions were taken, and that said globe monkeh was *caught* tenderly and restored to earth unharmed. i do hope it goes without saying that monkehs really, really HATE to be dribbled... :)
(ps: i am SOOOO glad you managed to get in a good "scurvy" joke!!! i tried like heck to put one into that post but just couldn't make it work; ideally, i'd've also liked to work in a mention of paying said insurance premiums with either doubloons or pieces of eight; but again that didn't quite pan out in the time allotted!)
(pss: shall we have our people call johnny depp's people re "POTBS", parts 1 thru 3?!) :)
Go Globe Monkees! It's well known in certain circles that Monkee Tossing is to be one of the new sports in the 2012 London Olympics. It takes years of hard work and dedication to become a gold medal Tosser ;) See, you never knew that did you?
Now this is cracking me up!!! Harlem Globe Monkehs... Gold Medal Tossers... haaaaaaaaaaaa!!! Love it!!!
~x~
P.S. Lauren, I'd love to see Pirates of the Bering Sea 1-3 :D I love, love, love pirates (and incidentally still am waiting to meet a REAL one...) and I much prefer the Bering Sea to the Caribbean (Alaska being one of my dream destinations!!!)
